A Bit About aaron

Aaron is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in business and corporate development. His
career journey spans retail, wholesale distribution, telecommunications, international manufacturing, and
consumer products. This extensive breadth of experience has endowed him with a unique vantage point, allowing
him to comprehend business challenges and opportunities from diverse angles. Most recently, Aaron served as
Vice President of Sales & Partnerships at OtterBox, a global leader in smartphone accessories. His journey with
OtterBox, a business started in the garage that grew into a billion-dollar enterprise, illuminated the complexities of
rapid business growth, exposing him to the ebb and flow of global economic shifts, market pressures, and the
myriad challenges that confront every business leader. Aaron was a founding member of OtterBox’s M&A
Committee, and after several successful, and some not-so-successful acquisitions and investments, he became
passionate about uncovering the attributes of businesses that would result in true win-win outcomes.

 

Aaron is a lifelong Texan, residing in Dallas with his wife, Becky, and two children, Hank and Sam. In his free time,
he enjoys coaching youth sports, fishing, running, volunteering at his church, and leading a non-profit Dad’s Club
he founded to help get fathers more involved in the education of their children and to provide strong male role
models for children without fathers at home.
